Advanced BTMS Prototypes

Engineered for Your Next-Generation Battery Systems.

Up to –70 % weight, superior thermal uniformity and high-silicon cell compatibility — real polymer hardware.

Functional Prototypes. Ready for Validation.

We offer two universal prototype platforms — one for cylindrical cells and one for prismatic & pouch cells. Both are fully functional, produced on our semi-automated line using production-intent materials and processes.

BTMS for cylindrical cells

Direct-contact polymer cooling with flexible tubes. Adaptive to cell expansion, electrically non-conductive, and compatible
with high-silicon cells.

BTMS for Prismatic & Pouch cells

Full-face polymer cooling plate with adaptive contact. Maintains performance during cell expansion and contraction.
Electrically non-conductive.

Fully functional prototypes, produced on our semi-automated production line using production-intent materials and processes.

From single piece to series production

Whether you need one prototype for an electric F1 program, a hypercar, eVTOL or aerospace application, or a path toward high-volume series production — the same technology platform scales with you.

• Single units and low-volume batches available
• Production-intent materials and processes from the first prototype
• Clear roadmap to series (IATF 16949 in progress)
