Our hiring process

Application
Let us know about you by replying to one of our open positions or sending us your CV. We strive to evaluate and respond to all applications within 7 days.

Video call
Once your application passes the internal review, we'll send you an email from careers@qoolers.com to schedule an initial video interview with us via Google Meet.

Personal interview
Once you are shortlisted, we will invite you to Qoolers for a personal interview. Here you will meet some of your future team members for the first time. We will test your technical and communication skills.

Decision
Now, the hiring committee will agree to hire you. We make an official offer to the candidate we feel is best suited for the position and for the team.
05
Onboarding
On your first day, we'll welcome you to Qoolers, introduce you to the team and your new work environment. Then we will plan together your training and involvement in work projects.
