Your mission at Qoolers

Qoolers develops polymer battery cooling that is up to 70% lighter than aluminium solutions. We have filed 297+ patents, built and tested over 1,000 prototypes, and have customer programmes at B- and C-sample stage. Our technology is ready. Now we need engineers and buyers at automotive, aerospace and battery system manufacturers across Europe, the USA and Asia to know about it.

Your mission is to become the voice of Qoolers. You’ll turn our engineers’ technical input into content that is clear, credible and brings in new customers. You’ll start with LinkedIn and our website, gradually take over all marketing communications, and have a clear path to the Marketing Manager role.

Your responsibility

Plan, write and publish content on our company LinkedIn and build an engaged professional community
Manage and develop qoolers.com in Webflow: updates, new pages, landing pages, SEO
Work with our engineers to create case studies, technical articles, benchmarks and short videos
Prepare sales and trade-show materials (presentations, leaflets, roll-ups) in line with our brand guidelines
Support sales with content tailored to specific target accounts
Track results and report regularly to management
Coordinate external suppliers

Your Key Qualifications

The most important thing you must have is a passion for what you do.

Hard skills

English at C1 level or above, especially in writing; native-level Czech
Proven experience creating content for LinkedIn or in B2B communications (portfolio welcome)
Working knowledge of a web CMS, ideally Webflow; basics of SEO and web analytics (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics)
Practical design skills: Canva, Figma or Adobe
A plus: experience in a technical or industrial field (automotive, engineering, energy), video editing

Soft skills

Technical curiosity: you want to understand how things work and aren’t afraid to ask an engineer
Ability to turn a complex topic into a clear, accurate message
Independence and initiative: you come up with ideas and see them through
Precision and attention to detail, because our audience will notice mistakes
Eagerness to learn and grow towards leading marketing
Reliability and open communication in a small, fast-growing team
