Build the thought-leadership presence that makes every Tier-1 and OEM conversation start with Qoolers.
Define and execute the full brand, positioning and messaging strategy for BTMS and the Qoolers technology platform. Build and scale a high-impact B2B demand-generation system, that fills the sales pipeline with qualified OEM and Tier-1 opportunities in Europe, USA and selected global markets. Own thought leadership: technical whitepapers, case studies, comparison studies, keynote presence and LinkedIn authority that establish Qoolers as the category-defining innovator in polymer battery thermal management. Build the marketing function from the ground up (people, processes, agencies, tools, KPIs) while staying tightly aligned with Sales, Product and Engineering.
• Proven track record as CMO / Head of Marketing / VP Marketing in B2B deeptech, automotive, battery, electrification or industrial hardware (experience with OEMs/Tier-1s strongly preferred).
• Expertise in complex technical product marketing and storytelling
• Strong command of modern B2B demand generation: LinkedIn (organic + paid), content strategy, ABM, website conversion, CRM/marketing automation.
• Experience building brand and category positioning in emerging technology markets.
• Ability to turn technical validation data into clear commercial narratives and sales-enablement assets.
